Ready to open your gates and kitchens? The Northeast Indiana Local Food Network invites you to be a part of the 7th Annual Local Food Week!

This 10-day celebration connects "foodies" and families directly with the people who grow, sell, and serve the local food we love. Whether you are a multi-generational farm, a craft producer, or a farm-to-table restaurant, this is your chance to turn visitors into lifelong fans of your work.

Why Join the 2026 Celebration?

Last year, over 40 local businesses hosted more than 2,000 participants. By registering as a host, you tap into a massive regional audience looking for authentic local experiences.

What makes a great Local Food Week event? We are looking for unique, hands-on experiences that go beyond your daily business offerings. Popular ideas include:

  • Guided Farm Tours: Show the community how the magic happens.

  • Tastings & Demos: Offer a "behind-the-scenes" flavor or cooking tip.

  • "Meet the Maker" Sessions: Share the story behind your favorite products.

  • Collaborations: Team up with a local food truck, winery, or brewery for a multi-host event!

Taste the season! Guests enjoy local ingredients and meet the neighbors who grow them at Copper Spoon, Allen County, IN.

Guests learn all about Tallow at Hine Farms in DeKalb County, IN.

How it Works

  1. Flexibility: Host one event on one day, or multiple events throughout the week. You choose the schedule that works for you.

  2. Accessibility: We encourage hosts to offer tours at little to no cost to keep the week inclusive for all families.

  3. Registration: Sign up by June 7, 2026 to be included in our official promotions and the Local Food Week Companion Guide.

🤝 Get Involved: Volunteer with Us!

Not a producer but still want to support the local food movement? We are looking for passionate volunteers to help make Local Food Week a success! Whether you want to help at an event or assist with regional coordination, we’d love to have you on the team.
