About this Event
Want to learn how to make delicious pickles? Have you ever made mushy pickles? Come in for a canning demo at The Process to learn how we make pickles.
Josh Cockram, the owner of The Process and artisan food producer of Josh’s Jungle will be canning small batches of different recipes, and offering different samplings throughout the day. Come and go as you wish.
We will be demonstrating how we can our pickles and maybe some jam. Each day will be something different. We will share our canning techniques and some tips and tricks that we have learned through our success and mistakes. Come taste some of the unique products we make. We will have tastings throughout the day.

About The Process
The Process is our local-only grocery store that features products from 30+ local vendors in the region. The Process is also home of Josh's Jungle, our small batch canning business. We stock seasonal produce and fruits that are all locally grown. We have local honey, syrup, breads, flours, baking mixes, meat, jams, jellies, fermented foods, pickled foods, and loose-leaf tea.
Regular store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sunday 12 to 5pm. The Process is also the home of Josh's Jungle, a small batch canning business that processes their wide variety of products at The Process.
