Come meet Sarah Trombley of Lunar Infusions Kombucha at the Fresh Food Hub. Sarah is the owner of Lunar Infusions Kombucha and the creative force behind of all their amazing flavors made with locally sourced ingredients.

Lunar Infusions Kombucha is a craft kombucha company in Fort Wayne Indiana. Our number one goal is to provide the highest quality kombucha in our region. Uniquely formulated with herbs, superfoods, and organic fruits, these refreshing elixirs are smooth tasting and perfectly balanced.

Our many flavor of kombucha are made using ingredients sourced from local farms including Atom Acres Family Farm, Berry Hill Farm and Hontz Farm Produce.

We know all of our farmers and producers by name. The Fresh Food Hub provides a storefront for them to market their products.

Our marketplace is a one stop shop for all of your meal planning needs. We also have clean, nutritious grab-n-go take out items for your convenience. These include homemade soups, salads, and dessert items.
