Joe Gady of Farming for Life in Argos, Indiana will introduce us to the world of fermentation: what it is, why consuming fermented foods is beneficial, and how the process happens for Farming for Life. Joe makes fermenting understandable to all and will talk about how to ferment at home without many supplies.
