Specially prepared local food tasting demonstrations will be offered throughout Local Food Week at Union Street Market. Demos and tastings will include a variety of prepared meal options and snacks made with locally-sourced ingredients, including smoothies, oatcakes, air fried veggies, prepared salads and relishes, pesto and other herb condiments and more!

We will have unique equipment on display that we utilize on our vegetable farm.You will see where we start our plants and how we get them into the ground.
