At the Local Food Week Party, The Process will offer a canning demo to teach you how we make pickles. Josh Cockram, the owner of The Process and artisan food producer of Josh’s Jungle will share our canning techniques and some tips and tricks that we have learned through our success and mistakes. 

Come to The Process for the ultimate Local Food Week Party! Families and folks from all over the region won't want to miss this celebration of local food! Come hang out with us to enjoy some delicious food & beverages and great conversation.

Watch demonstrations by some of your favorite local food producers and sample their products. We're taking over the whole parking lot in front of The Process so bring your lawn chair and stay a while.

Travel Tip:
The Process is located in the Lima-Plank strip mall off of Old Lima Road right in Huntertown. The Local Food Week Party will be set-up in the parking lot.

Josh’s Jungle & The Process
Josh's Jungle is our urban farm and canning business. The Process is a local only grocery store featuring food and goods from the area.

The Process features products from 30+ local vendors in the region. Our seasonal produce and fruits are all locally grown. We have local honey, syrup, breads, flours, baking mixes, meat, jams, jellies, fermented foods, pickled foods, and loose-leaf tea. Regular store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sunday 12 to 5pm.
