Specially prepared local food tasting demonstrations will be offered throughout Local Food Week at Union Street Market. Demos and tastings will include a variety of prepared meal options and snacks made with locally-sourced ingredients, including smoothies, oatcakes, air fried veggies, prepared salads and relishes, pesto and other herb condiments and more!
Come enjoy a guided walk to our pastures to see the Bison calves that were born this spring, they won’t be too big yet. There will be Q&A throughout the tour along with some Bison meat and/or Bison snacks for tasting available after the tour. Enjoy shopping at our small gift store.
