At the Local Food Week Party at The Process, Ben Hoffman of Hoffman Certified Organics will be cooking up our certified organic chicken wings and brats to go along with The Process's pickles! You'll want to bring a chair and wear your favorite bucket hat to chat and take selfies with Ben as he debuts his chicken truck.

Come to The Process for the ultimate Local Food Week Party! Families and folks from all over the region won't want to miss this celebration of local food! Come hang out with us to enjoy some delicious food & beverages and great conversation.

Watch demonstrations by some of your favorite local food producers and sample their products. We're taking over the whole parking lot in front of The Process so bring your lawn chair and stay a while.

Travel Tip:
The Process is located in the Lima-Plank strip mall off of Old Lima Road right in Huntertown. The Local Food Week Party will be set-up in the parking lot.

We are the only USDA certified organic farm in Indiana specializing in pasture-raised certified organic poultry. Hoffman Certified Organics is a family company run by Huntertown native Ben Hoffman.
