At the Local Food Week Party at The Process, Brandon Gump of Rowdy Rooster Artisan Meats will be sampling and selling our artisan charcuterie meats alongside our farmer friends at Hoffman Certified Organics. Bring a chair, wear your sunscreen and let’s taste & talk about artisan meats!

Come to The Process for the ultimate Local Food Week Party! Families and folks from all over the region won't want to miss this celebration of local food! Come hang out with us to enjoy some delicious food & beverages and great conversation.

Watch demonstrations by some of your favorite local food producers and sample their products. We're taking over the whole parking lot in front of The Process so bring your lawn chair and stay a while.

Travel Tip:
The Process is located in the Lima-Plank strip mall off of Old Lima Road right in Huntertown. The Local Food Week Party will be set-up in the parking lot.

Rowdy Rooster Artisan Meats
At Rowdy Rooster we produce artisan style charcuterie and salami. We have a passion for the old world preparation of local, responsibly raised, heritage breeds of pork. Our production facility is located in Churubusco, Indiana. We source whole livestock directly from the farm. We use Berkshire hogs from Wood Farms and Mangalitsa hogs from Hoffman Certified Organics.
