Heartland Communities is an economic development organization working in the local food economy, We sponsor Plowshares Food Hub, Rose Avenue Education Farm, and the Refugee Incubator Farm of Northeast Indiana. The mission of the Stewards of Heartland Communities is to build communities that are economically, culturally, and environmentally restorative.
