A ten-acre education and business incubator farm, Rose Avenue Farmers grow a wide variety of culturally specific vegetables and also vegetables that you would expect to see at an American farmer's market. Our policy is that the farmers must use practices that are approved for organic farms.

We accept EBT/SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) cards with “Double Up” and Parkview “Veggie Rx” at our Plowshares Mobile Markets.
Our farm also grows Asian specialty crops such as Sour Leaf (Hibiscus roselle), watercress, water spinach, snake gourd, gout gourd, squash vine terminals, bitter melon, and many other interesting things!
Our Farm Manager is Certified by the Produce Growers Association for (FSMA-compliant) food safety. All farmers and helpers have attended a mandatory on-farm food safety training by Purdue Extension.
